摘要

This paper presents an attempt to apply the Imperfect Rough Sets Theory to classify handwritten character, especially the similar character, such as "o" , "D",and "0" ;"8" and "B". In our approach, character feature are referred to an imperfect information system,taking the imprecise data into account. We propose a new decision rules exaction algorithm and classify character based on the the prior probailites deriver from such table.In our experiment,we have observed and compared three methods,the result show that this method is useful and efficiency.
