In this paper, the discussion of a simplified one-dimensional model based on the use of matlab simulation,on the electric potential, ion concentration,pressure curves and the non-equilibrium flow is satisfied under the control of ion channel transport theory applied to give the introduction.At the same time, contrastive analysis of the migratory influencing factor.
