Abstract: This paper presents the measurement of the wave aberrations of human eyes with a Hartmann- Shack Sensor (HSS), used in a system for active optical depth resolution improvement of the Laser Tomographic Scanner (LTS). A least-squares algorithm of modal wavefront estimation from test derivatives is described. The noise propagation of this algorithm is examined. And the experimental results of tested living eye are presented.!
