摘要

A new legal education approach, clinical legal education made its appearance in 1960s in the US law school. It has taken the teaching pattern of clinic education in medical colleges and has clinic - a term in medicine, enter law field. As a result of the successful transfer from medical college to law school, a new term legal clinic was created. Despite it forms a very important part of law education, legal clinic puts more emphasis on students' professional performance and fully displays students' dominance in law teaching. Actually, we have both achievements and problems in our practice.Clinical legal education has two values: one is the training of legal professional skills, the other the cultivating of legal professional ethics.
