The charge-discharge properties of two different non-liner dielectric capacitors which were made by the La-modified PZST (Pb(Zr, Sn, Ti)O_3 )ceramics were investigated by measuringrnthe hysteresis loops, none-load discharge current-time curves under different charge voltages, and with l00ohm discharge current-time curves. Through compared these properties with the liner capacitors, it is evidence to summarize the no-liner properties of the AFE ceramics. It was foundrnthat, the AFE capacitors I_(MAX) was increasing in no-linear with the charge electric field increase.rnBut to the linear capacitors, the I_(MAX) - E curve was a beeline. The AFE 1_(MAX) - E curve was similar to the P-E curve, and this paper explained these.
