摘要

To investigate the information transfer between oligonucleotides, the hybridization reaction is modeled as noicy channel in which error-free transmision of information occurs are presented. The amount of information that can be transmitted without error is bounded by the capacity of the hybridization channel. The capacity of hybridization channel is determined by the probabilities of reactions between oligonucleotides. Molecular model of DNA sequences reaction which involving reactants and product concentration, was established.
