摘要

With our country's WTO entry and opening of the financial markets, banking industry will be sure to be faced with drastic competition from foreign banks. Foreign banks have apparent competitive advantages over native banks in such aspects as capital, technology, operation, management and innovation. Especially, foreign banks have abundant experience in CRM. Up till now, commercial banks of china are in their first step on implementing CRM. To establish competitive advantage, native banks must change their operation idea and reinforce the construction of CRM. This paper analyzes CRM implementation characteristics of commercial bank in China, and put forward a new CRM strategy system of commercial bank. In addition, this paper also analyzes some CRM implementation problems deserve attention.
