Focused on concerning organization and coordination problems within multi-agent information systems, the work presented in this paper applies techniques from game theory and multi-agent systems to produce self- organizing agents for systems scheduling. In this paper, the coordination problem of Multi-Agent System (MAS) was described as a game theoretic procedure, the coordination mechanism of cooperative Multi-Agent System was built based on negotiation theory and hybrid strategy theory was applied in dealing with the coordination among agents, in order to make the whole system in the optimized state. In a flow diagraph, an example shows how coordinating processes work in MAS.
