Aiming at the difficulty of Bayses Network construction, the C_BN (Bayesian networks f or quality problem case) decomposition path and level control method is discussed. And then the i mplementation algorithm using the improved multilinked tree is carried out. The result of decompos ition is standardized and the knowledge base for SBN (sub Bayesian networks) is built which is the f oundation for the CBN reuse in Bayesian networks construction.
