摘要

Luminescent films of Pr~(3+)-doped CaTiO_3 have been prepared by dip-coating method from stabilized sols. The structure, the surface and the microstructure of these films have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy and electron microscopy, respectively. The luminescence properties of the films (emission and excitation profiles, fluorescence dynamics) have been evaluated and compared to the properties of powder samples. The films exhibit the typical single red photoluminescence of CaTiO_3 :Pr~(3+) after a thermal treatment of one hour at 500 ℃ and the intensity of the emission increases almost quadratically with the temperature of preparation up to 1000℃.
