The numerical analysis of structures has made a significant progress in the last years due tornimprovements in software and hardware. Nowadays everything seems to be possible. Complex 3D FE-modelsrnincluding nonlinear material behavior are getting more and more popular in practice and research. But thernaccuracy of such analysis is very limited when coming to real concrete structures as will be shown in this paper.
