摘要

The CT sensor based on the spatially-nonstationary field phenomena is outlined. This sensor allows to evaluate some electric characteristics of the layered structures compozed of perfect, imperfect and lossy dielectrics under unilateral access conditions to them. Its application concerns to the composite structures electrical properties NDE which should be electromagnetically nonreflected due to the fixed gradient of their electrical properties on the normal direction to these structures.
