Some conclusions can be drawn by analyzing the noise influence on the quality of reconstruction: 1. Application of bi-step reconstruction has advantages on the image reconstruction from strongly incomplete noisy data. 2. An increasing number of projections stabilizes the quality of reconstruction. This is appropriate to a special limit which is also dependent on the noise level. 3. Among the three examined algorithms, particular CSA, PSA and PhSA, the last one has advantages in computing time reduction and a small number of necessary iterations. On the other hand, the noise suppressing capabilities are comparable for all three approaches. 4. The procedure for optimizing the α-value is a necessary part of the MSR technique to provide the minimization of the reconstruction error. 5. The Application of the wavelet transform in order to de-noise the noisy experimental data shows an essential decrease of the error of image restoration.
