This paper contains a brief view on Mobile marketing in Czech republic.rnMobile Marketing is a set of practices that enables organizations to communicate and engage with their audience in an interactive and relevant manner through any mobile device or network. Mobile marketing is divided on telemarketing, e-mail marketing and SMS (MMS) marketing. Theories are motivated by findings of marketing researches (supported by the grant no. 402/08/1046 "Models of firms with mobile oriented architecture" of Czech Science Foundation, STEM/MARK agency [11] and last but not least MEDIARESEARCH agency [10]) and corresponding literature [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6].rnThis paper implies that czech customers fear of telemarketing and gives a chance to change it by law-abiding, ethic code application and new accesses.
