摘要

In Ecuador we have a very extensive Andean mountain range within which is the Eastern mountain range, here we find several active volcanoes, one of them is the Tungu-rahua volcano . The geochemical characterization of volcanic ash is of great scientific interest since, it allows to clarify the mechanisms that dominate the behavior of the eruptions of the volcano, and to know in more detail the products generated and processes involved in each eruptive phase, in order to distinguish changes in their activity patterns [2].
