摘要

The City of Kitakyushu is a government-designated city located atthe Northeast tip of the Kyushu area. With the development ofglobalization and urbanization, smart cities as a new style of city areproviding sustainable growth and encouraging healthy economicactivities that reduce the load on the environment while improve theresident’s quality of life.The main purpose of this paper is to investigate energy consumptionand electricity charge of residents who lived in the Kitakyushu smartcommunity（located in Yahatahigashi area）. According to the datacollected from smart meter and questionnaire survey made byKitakyushu city, we analyze the relationship between the electricitycharge and energy use for three groups under dynamic pricing system ornormal charge system.
