摘要

The last target of this study is to develop Ocean Bridge Risk Management System (OBRMS),which is to protect large and long ocean bridge located in a passage route in Korea.OBRMS is consists of Risk Evaluation Module (REM) to assess any possible accident situations by conditional probability theory,Moving Object Monitoring Module (MOM) to measure the hazard level using electrical sensors and,Risk Warning Module (RWM) to control the risks with communication networks.In this paper,some approach methodology to implement OBRMS is presented and discussed its design concept.
