According to the development of port industries,the productivity of container terminal has been increased recently.To allow the efficient container handling for increasing productivity,new or modified equipment has been installed at each container terminal and it makes an additional CO2 emission.According to Post Kyoto Protocol that is going to become effective from 2013 year,a prompt measures should be taken to deal with the reducing amount of CO2 emission in Korea.Thus,the management of"CO2 level" is urgently needed to reduce the amount of"CO2 emission",at Korea,specially in Busan Port.In this paper,we will show the estimation of amount of "CO2 emission" in Busan port by considering the increased productivity of container and handling equipments in Bnsan port,where the conventional statistics method is used to forecast the productivity of container terminal in 2020 year.As a result,the amount of CO2 emission at Busan port is increased about 6.3% annually.
