This study is to find out how much holes for plumbing in the Concrete column of the building gives an effect against capacity loss comparing with original column. If loss pattern of the regional column is made then - this thought that it can not be resisted with original condition. This uncertainty will be figured out here. It is assumed that tensile strength and flexural reinforcement will not seriously give an effect to column even though it is holed as a column. Depending on the loss of compressive strength, capacity loss of compressive strength should be shown for determining if it should be reinforced or not. Compressive force was pressed to failure while load & strain values are collected through. Compressive force was pressed in accordance with KS using 0.6t 0.4N/mm~2 Speed. 12cm Slump concrete was used for making specimen. Top and bottom surface of the specimens were ground in order to reduce any error of eccentric action between load plate and specimen. Initial crack started in bottom and upper surface area and then it was progressed to hole concentrate, particularly around diameter 5cm hole of variable ED5H1(hole diameter 5cm) and Strain curve excluding Normal, showed similar shape.
