摘要

Pulverized coal injection (PCI) is the magnificent technological feature in modern large sized blast furnace.The technical development of blast furnace relies on the advancement of PCI technology.The advanced technologies were adopted in PCI designed by BSIET recent years,such as DANIELI from Holland and KUTTNER from Germany,which is compared with domestic independent technology in this paper.The analysis of each advantage is a reference of design promotion.Some key technologies of PCI are investigated such as pulverized coal silo and vessel configure,pulverized coal fluidizing technology,pneumatic conveying system optimization.AS a result,modern PCI facility must meet the demand of large sized blast furnace.PCI technology will improve rapidly to International advanced level by combining the domestic experience with the adopted technology.
