摘要

Coal combustion ratio of Shasteel 2500m3 BF was calculated by OHNO's semi-empirical equation.It was found that the coal combustion ratio is 70-76％ when the pulverized coal rate was 150-180kg/t.Unburned char in dust was also examined by quantitative analysis,which was 0-3.4％.The calculated combustion ratio was consistent with unburned char content in dust.The unburned char content would be increased with the coal combustion ratio decreased.
