Xerox has developed an Advanced Problem Solving Process (A-PSP) which expands on its existing six-step model. By consistent use of team sharing and consensus techniques, extensive use of Pareto logic to productively focus the team's efforts, and strong emphasis on fact-based analysis, A-PSP greatly increases the probability of successful resolution for complex cross-functional problems.
