Development of a measurement strategy that enables each employee to understand how he/she contributes to the organization performance is critical to your success. Financial measurements alone cannot predict nor can they insure organizational performance. The Xerox Management Model communicates and establishes a self monitoring performance feedback system insuring current and future success.
