The eVALUES service, is based on an existing solution that is being provided at present, that has already been demonstrated to be extremely useful for users even in its oldest rudimentary form (service based on audio tapes with strong operational delay overhead). In this new modernized form it is provided in an innovative way based on advanced technology but it requires to be adapted for trans-European use and on additional feedback from users derived from its new form. The eVALUES project could then be a complete revolution to the world of blind and sight impaired.
