摘要

This study suggests a new linearized equation for servo valve modelling. The accuracy of the existing linearized equation and the new linearized equation was analyzed on flowrate versus pressure diagrams. Also, simulation results of time response of a hydraulic control system by the existing equation and the new equation were compared with simulation results by a nonlinear valve equation. Through the analyses and simulations, it was confirmed that the new linearized equation showed excellent computational accuracy and enabled more logical assignment of the valve operating point.
