The Tarrant Regional Water District supplies raw water to municipal customers who serve aboutrn1.5 million people. Eighty percent of the supply is delivered through a large diameter pipelinerntransmission system. The costs associated with maintenance of the system are presented.rnProblems encountered with the system have increased the maintenance costs and these problemsrnand associated increased costs are presented.
