摘要

The full-scaled transformation of staff relationship from the employing model to the cooperative model is one of the tendencies of human resources management in the 21st century. Cooperative staff relationship is fundamental to the existence and development of enterprises in the era of knowledge and economy. However, in China, many enterprises are still running in the employing model of staff relationship. This article expounds the great significance of cooperative staff relationship to modern enterprises and analyzes the facts of staff relationship respectively in developed countries and in China. Furthermore, the article believes that our enterprises necessarily choose the cooperative model of staff relationship as the management system and attempts to construct a cooperative model of staff relationship as a reference for enterprises.
