The papers published in this volume were presented at the Second Workshop on Formal Semantics for the Future Enterprise (FSFE 2013) held in Poznan, Poland, in conjunction with 16th International Conference on Business Information Systems (BIS 2013). The main goal of this workshop is to bring together researchers to share their knowledge and experience in the formal aspects of the future enterprise. The workshop welcomed research on any topic related to enterprise transformation and adaptation to the challenges of the future. The workshop emphasized the formal approach over research areas. This year, two papers were presented.
