摘要

There are many problems exist on the common dust separator with spotted stones and water films, such as poor separating performance, gas cleaning not meeting the standard, and serious moisture pickup, et al. To solve these problems, the integrated device made from granite for dusting collecting and desulphurizing by use of swirl plate and water film is studied and developed. The experimental research on the device is introduced in this paper, including the relationship between dust collecting efficiency and inlet velocity, dust concentration, dust diameter; the relationship between desulphurizing efficiency and inlet velocity, PH value of the circulating water, as well as the relationship between resistance of the device and inlet velocity, inlet dust concentration. It is demonstrated by the actual operational results of a demonstration project that the dust collecting efficiency of the device is about 98.23%~98.50%, and the desulphurizing efficiency is above 70%.
