摘要

We proposed the method that liquid transportation with large fluid bag in ship hold by general cargo ship. In this study, we research the influence of the difference of membrane spring constants on bag tension and the strain. We carry out tensile tests and bag agitation tests using four kinds of membrane with different spring constants. When we want to know the membrane strain of the bag, we must find the correlation of a membrane strain and the strain gauge strain by tensile test. When watering volume is same in the bag, the initial membrane tension is big as using big spring constant of membrane. Bag initial membrane strain and bag variable membrane strain is almost constant even if we use the different membrane spring constant. We should use a membrane with low spring constants to make the bag tension small and to improve safety. Moreover, from the result of the comparison of the watering volume of the bag, the safety of the bag body is improved by reducing the watering volume.
