This electronic document is a “live” template andThe use of digital technologies in higher education has become a powerful stimulating factor in the dynamics of educational communications in the universities of the world. This article is devoted to the description and analysis of institutional, managerial, communicative changes that inevitably accompany the implementation of online education.The original empirical database includes: the results of surveys of master students studying at the technical faculties of Saint-Petersburg Electrotechnical University “LETI”; expert interviews with online course authors and technical support staff; focus group with teachers of SPb ETU “LETI”.
