摘要

This article created the international competitiveness evaluation index system of oil industry from three aspects: current competitiveness, potential competitiveness and environmental factors, according to the principles of science, comprehensiveness, highlight of oil industry's nature and so on. Then it employed AHP to determine the importance (weight) of each index in the evaluation index system, introduced the two-base-point method to make fuzzy comprehensive decision and established a fuzzy evaluation model of oil industry's international competitiveness. Finally seven world well-known oil-producing countries are selected as objects of an empirical analysis. Research shows that these seven oil-producing countries, international competitiveness ranking of oil industry is as follows: Saudi Arabia, Russia, the United States, Canada, Nigeria, the United Kingdom and China.
