摘要

The economics experiment study is one of the important researchment methods on human capital pricing theory. In this study, experimental methods are used to study the human capital pricing of enterprise manager. Coordination game and evolutionary game theory are to explain the common human capital pricing game theory on enterprise manager. Based on both theoretical analysis, enterprise manager's human capital pricing game experiments are designed to test the different actors of information on the managers of human capital impact of the pricing game equilibrium. Conclusions on the pricing of human capital business managers will have some inspiration.
