Eu f-gas minimum requirements on leakage inspection of refrigerating circuits installed for refrigeration,air conditioning and heat-pump applications,on training and certification for personnel and companies involved in installation,maintenance,inspection and repair of these applications.The present position refers to the minimum requirements and conditions for mutual recognition fundamentally specified in the FGas regulation in: rn1.Article 3§7-Standard inspection of applications,and rn2.Article 5§1-Training and certification of rnthe Regulation(EC)N°842/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. rnThe requirements have been stated in general terms so that it would be possible to extend them to the use other types of refrigerants. rnMember States have to check the appropriateness and the completeness of their National legislative instruments with regard to the relevant EU Regulations,Directives and Standards,and take the necessary legal acts and executive acts(e.g.ministerial responsibilities)accordingly.They have to specify or confirm the relevant organizations and institutions that will be in charge at the different levels and determine the range of their tasks, procedures and responsibilities. rnIt is important to organize an efficient and thorough dissemination of information to all stakeholders.The main scope of the F-Gas regulation is the minimisation of emission fluorinated greenhouse gases,but do not forget about the highest level,about the environmental conformity of refrigeration circuits(see more in the Annex 1.) The general roll,task and responsibility of all the stakeholders on the global,international and national level to ensure the environmental friendly operation of all application.The decrease of the ozone layer depleting,the greenhouse effect,the fossil-energy utilization,and to ensure the professional waste management,recycling, disposal are the most important topics.
