摘要

The article is focussed on small reciprocating compressors for household appliances.The global model of the pump is composed of several sub-models and a one-degree of freedom valve motion has been implemented. It made possible a reliable comparison with the experimental results or with the technical data of the manufacturer.Hence,a commercial hermetic compressor operating with refrigerants R-134a and R-600a is concerned.The influence of the following aspects on the volumetric efficiency and compressor work has been studied:suction valve geometry and characterisation parameters of suction valve(mass,stiffness,damping coefficient).Results demonstrate distinct behaviours,which are expected to have a major impact on the performance of systems.
