摘要

The aim of this paper is development of the mathematical model of slider-link driven compressor.In the model dynamic behaviour of the piston,the slider and the crankshaft is analyzed theoretically.Constraint forces, friction forces,unbalanced inertia forces and sliding speed at each pair of movable machine elements are obtained.Attention is focussed on the friction forces;an advanced model of slider bearings with variable eccentricity ratio(and variable friction coefficient)is used.Some of the concepts introduced in the paper can be applied also to connecting rod driven compressors. rnThe detailed simulation model developed by the authors is targeted for evaluation and minimization of losses due to friction and compressors vibrations.The model could be useful tool for comparison purposes,to characterize compressors and to assist designers at early stage of compressors design.
