In this paper we discuss Performance Evaluation issues in the environment of an information system reengineering project, based on rapid evolutionary prototyping. This paper presents a general scope of the project, the relationship between Information System Reengineering and Evolutionary Prototyping approach, the performance testing general considerations, our performance evaluation and load testing support needs and our conclusions.
