E-Services in aviation and tourism industries are more and more widely accepted among people nowadays, travelers frequently need to update or being informed about their traveling information, such as flight information. Online channel is a wonderful way that can handle numerous queries every day. Even though the increasingly crucial role that E-services of airports websites is playing in the present tourism industry, the existing literature has largely overlooked the examination of content of airport websites. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of information provision on websites of international airports worldwide. Specifically, the research developed a framework of website quality for international airports. Forty-three website attributes were included in the framework, which were further grouped into four dimensions: flight schedule information, airport facilities information, passenger information, and others information. On the basis of the developed framework, the contents of sixty international airport websites were analyzed. Empirical findings showed mixed results with websites in different regions performing differently. The E-Service improvement suggestions and the implications for E-Tourism applications on existing airport websites are given. Future research is highlighted in the end.
