摘要

ERP system which is based on the systematic management thinking provides decision-making and staff with management platform. However, ERP system is facing many difficulties and challenges in Project Management, including high costs and inadequate training, etc. This article focuses enterprises, in the conditions of limited resources, giving full play to the features of ERP system in the process of project implementation, on multi-angle(from the budget, cost, quality) analyzing the importance of the introduction of ERP system. It is ERP system that plays a considerable role in improving the efficiency of the company's management and reducing management cost in all aspects of production and operation.
