The feature analysis of the conventional exchange format used in the field of the graphic arts is performed. It becomes clear from this consideration that most standard defining the transmission format have too strict limitations to adapt for the communication required in the creative and flexible work. A new concept of the standard should be necessary to conquer the bottleneck with conventional transmission format. In this report, we discuss about the concept and introduce "Database AMPAC~(1,2,3)" satisfying the request. The AMPAC (Architecture model and parameter coding for process control and workflow) introduced here exchanges the technical information as a parameter data or a set of parameter data. The requirement of this standard is only the description way of a parameter which can carry any information for any process in smart and excellent way. The combination of the parameter explains any object, any property and any process, so there is no limitation of the conceptual extent. In order to decrease the uncertainty of the parameter notation, the common dictionary defining the commonly used parameters will be prepared. The common parameter is defined in accordance with the architecture model of the process to keep the clear belonging in the classification tree.
