摘要

Objective:To find the best way of treatment in polyps of vocal cord through observing the effectiveness of micro-wound technique in eighty-six cases with polyps of vocal cord.Methods:Eighty-six cases with polyps of vocal cord were divided imo two groups stochasticly.The microflap technique and traditional clamp-cut technique were carried out separately and the effects were observed and had a statistics analyses.Conclusion:Micro-wound technique can not only eliminate the polyps of vocal cord,but also keep the integrality of the mucosa completely.%目的:通过对86例声带息肉患者应用微创技术治疗的观察,以探求治疗声带息肉的最佳手术方法,并为嗓音外科发展提供参考依据.方法:86例声带息肉患者随机分为两组.分别采取微瓣技术及传统的咬切技术,并对其术后效果进行统计学处理.结论:采用微创技术处理声带息肉,即可彻底切除病变,又能很好的保留粘膜的完整性.
