In experiments on white rats stress was modelled by means of a combined effect of rigid immobilization and sound stimulus (120 dB, 150-500 Hz) for 2 hours. Just prior to the stress rats of another group were exposed to 15-min transcutaneous He-Ne laser irradiation (λ - 632.8 nm, power density - 5 mW/cm~2). Transcutaneous He-Ne laser irradiation prior to stress prevents its hypercoagulation effect.
