With the development of science and network technology, the work of the editorial department is facing many questions. In order to solve these questions, journal of Chinese People's Armed Police Force Academy designed the on-line contribution and search system. The design of this system will help improving manuscript normative, curbing academic misconduct, strengthening the manuscript confidentiality, improving the efficiency of editorial work and the ability of information service.
