In the recent few years, with swift development of informatization technology, as a newly born talent recruitment mode, internet recruitment has gradually received wide recognition and favor in China and has become one of the major channels for enterprise recruitment and personal job hunting. For enhance effectiveness of internet recruitment, we should enhance vocational quality of network recruitment personnel, improve relevant laws and regulations, set up effective management system, and bring in moral education.
