摘要

This paper firstly established bolt test bench that simulates the stress condition of the cylinder head bolts when engine working. Studying the quantitative relationship between the vibration volume of test bench and tighten torque of bolts based on the vibration test, so that it obtained the load distribution law in different bolts, which provids some helpful experience in engine test. Then it solved the problem that the bolts were subjected to strengh and changing load when it works by means of the structure design. Then a detailed stress analysis on the bolts that distributed in the engine cylinder head and test bench bolt were provided, which determined and checked the stress range of the cylinder head bolts and test bench.
