摘要

Due to the introduction of transaction costs, property rights and institutional aspects of the new institutional economics advocates to look at and analyze the economic life, must be combined with the reality of the institutional environment, the level of transaction costs as the criterion by defining property rights to promote economic growth and efficiency improved.
