摘要

The effect of ion species in electrolyte film covering the steel surface on the rustrnformation and protective ability of the rust in 3.5%NaC1 solution was examined. Rustrnlayer as mixture of β -FeOOH, γ - FeOOH and small amount of α-FeOOH does notrnprevent metal dissolution. The Cr-substituted goethite layer formed under thernelectrolyte containing Cr~(3-)and SO_4~(2-) strongly suppresses metal dissolution in the NaCIrnsolution. The rust layer formed under the electrolyte containing Ni~(2+) and SO_4~(2-) alsornpossesses high protective ability against corrosive Cl anion. The protective ability ofrnthe rust layer is affected by the initial adhesion of salt particle on the steel surface andrnby the electrolyte film thickness. These results are attributed to difference in rustrnphase and structure.
