The teaching manner and administration characteristic of engineering training were analyzed firstly. Based on this, the idea of earnest strengthening administration and supervision in each teaching link to keep the teaching quality of engineering training normal was stated in the paper. Enclosing on the objective, organization, method, and regulation system of teaching quality supervision in engineering training, the assurance system of it was built to take the full advantage of engineering training in talent training system of the university.
