Most of engineering training centers in universities of our country were founded based on the metalwork practice workshop, in which, the common problems are outdated and incomprehensive teaching content not covering the multi-discipline modern industry technologies and substantial teaching system have not been formed. According to the demand of advanced engineering training, the situation of contemporary metalwork practice is analyzed, and then the teaching framework and the teaching content of modern engineering training are discussed. Finally, a modern industrial training curriculum named "Foundation Engineering Training", which is practicing in Engineering Training Center (ETC) of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA), is introduced.

机译：我国大学工程训练中心多数是建立在金工实习讲习班的基础上，其普遍存在的问题已经过时，教学内容不涉及多学科现代工业技术，还没有形成实质的教学体系。根据高级工程培训的要求，分析了现代金工实习的情况，讨论了现代工程培训的教学框架和教学内容。最后，介绍了在北京航空航天大学（BUAA）工程培训中心（ETC）进行实践的现代工业培训课程“基础工程培训”。
