摘要

Core ideas of the engineering training center of Harbin University of Science and Technology consist of the large-scale engineering consciousness, the innovative consciousness and the training of comprehensive ability in engineering. According to these ideas, the center has been a comprehensive training base whose dominant task is engineering training and subsidiary roles include corresponding course experiments, innovative experiments, scientific contests and the training of professional skills. In recent years, the organization and implementation of quality engineering advocated by the Ministry of Education propose new requirements to reinforce practical teaching links of universities. With this opportunity, the center has begun to construct the productive exercitation and innovative experiment base, to further cultivate students' market consciousness, product cost consciousness, quality and safety consciousness, innovative consciousness and so on, to exert a profound influence on students to achieve necessary engineering quality during process of product manufacturing, to give full play to the engineering training center's effect on cultivation of talents, to promote and improve construction of the center, and to further improve teaching quality.
